PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE! 
We do what we can to keep our pricing structure as consistent as possible, but prices will occasionally vary. 
This is due to the highly fluctuating costs associated in purchasing, receiving and/or restoring the parts we
make available, as well as the condition of such parts.

Since most of our customers are dealing with vintage automobiles, many things have been changed that would
require parts other than what is correct for the application.  We encourage questions about any item you intend to
purchase to insure it is the correct item you need for your particular application!  If a part is ordered incorrectly,
and we have a replacement available, we will be glad to exchange parts within 30 days of the original purchase. 
Depending on the part or parts in question, there may be additional costs.  Exchanges do not extend
to electrical items... NO EXCEPTIONS!  Any and all shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

WARRANTIES!

We will repair or replace any defective rebuilt or reconditioned part ONLY for a period of 30 days from the purchase
date.  We do not cover labor, materials or any other parts we did not supply.  All potential warranty claims are subject to
part inspection first.
  Disassembly and/or improper usage and/or improper installation techniques will result
in a voided warranty, and such parts will be returned at owner's expense.  We shall not be responsible or subjected
to any action for damages.  There are no conditions, representations, or warranties, expressed or implied,
statutory or otherwise, except those herein contained.  In the event of a covered warranty claim, customer is
 responsible for shipping to us, while we will cover return shipping charges.  In the case of shipments outside of
 the USA, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS!

SHIPPING!

Domestic shipments are handled by USPS & FedEx Ground.
Due to the high costs of packing materials, a handling charge is typically included in shipping quotes;
particularly with extraordinarily large packages. Please understand that if we can't
be profitable, we can't offer our services!  Shipping insurance is optional, but highly recommended!
WE WILL ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPMENTS IF IT'S POSSIBLE TO DO SO SAFELY!!!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipments are handled by USPS (for most smaller items) and UPS (for larger items.)
Due to the high costs of packing materials, a handling charge is typically included in shipping quotes;
All customers and/or border fees and/or shipper fees are the customer's
responsibility.  Shipping insurance is optional, but highly recommended!
WE WILL ALWAYS COMBINE SHIPMENTS IF IT'S POSSIBLE TO DO SO SAFELY!!!

SHIPPING DAMAGE:
    REST ASSURED THAT YOUR PARTS WILL BE PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY, to USPS, UPS & FedEx specifications! 
We've shipped hundreds of packages over the years and the number of damaged shipments can easily be counted on one hand!  All damage incurred during the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.  If you receive a damaged shipment from The Part Guy,  please:
   1)  Keep the original box and all packing material for the shipping company's inspection.  This is absolutely essential if the claim is to be paid!
   2)  Contact the carrier, then follow up with an email to us immediately.  We will assist you and the carrier to get the problem resolved as soon as possible.
   3)  If possible, take & forward pictures of the damage.
